DAVID HARRELL

David has resided in the area since 1963.  He and his wife live in North Wilmington with their son and daughter.  Dave is active in the community, he served as President and sat on the Board of Directors of his former civic association. He has been involved in sales since graduating from the University of Delaware in the eighties.

David's dedication to real estate is commendable. He recently graduated from the 99-hour NCCBOR Real Estate Brokers Course and has succesfully completed the National and State Brokers exams. Licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania, he devotes his full time and effort, and has earned various awards and designations ranging from the "Realty Alliance National Sales Award", ranking him in the top five percent of all residential sales professionals in the nation. Dave is very charitable with his free time. In 2006 he assisted with Habitat for Humanities Home Building Project to benefit those affected by Hurricane Katrina. In 2007 he worked with Habitat for Humanity in the City of Wilmington, to help construct townhomes at two different work sites. He also particapates in Meals on Wheels of Delaware, delivering hot meals to local residents, and supports the American Cancer Society, participating in their annual "Relay for Life" event.
